After every visit, you receive a written condition report with a minimum of eight timestamped photographs, all taken before work begins. We document what we find, what we've done, and any emerging issues. Over time, this builds a complete property history that protects you in a sale, an insurance claim, and in any dispute about when damage occurred.
When an inspection flags something, we manage it end-to-end. We source from our vetted trade network, get the quote in front of you, schedule the work, and keep you posted through to completion. You approve, we coordinate, and you get a written report when it's done.
