Waterfront property owners in the Tweed and Northern Rivers corridor were underserved. The options were a reactive handyman, a generic cleaner, or managing a string of separate trades yourself. We started Coastal Asset Services because we understood what salt air does to a property over time, and how preventable most of that damage actually is. The problem isn't the climate. It's that most maintenance approaches are reactive rather than proactive, and no one keeps a documented record of a property's condition over time.
Coastal Asset Services is built around a simple idea: treat a waterfront home like the significant asset it is. That means a regular wash and rinse to stop the damage before it starts, written condition reports so there is always a documented record, and a trusted trade network managed on your behalf from end to end.
We operate across Tweed Heads, Kingscliff, Banora Point, the Casuarina and Chinderah corridor, Brunswick Heads, Byron Bay, and Gold Coast South. Every property is personally walked before any pack begins. Every visit is documented.
